Who we are

Cohort Brain is a product of Buddhi Labs Inc. This policy describes how we handle personal information collected through this website. It does not describe the Cohort Brain product itself, which is offered separately to customers.

What you give us

If you request a demo, the form asks for:

• First name
• Last name
• Work email
• Company
• The portfolio you are working with
• An optional note about what you are trying to solve

Please don’t include information about other people, or anything you are not free to share, in the optional note.

How we use it

We use this information to read your request, reply to you, and arrange a conversation about Cohort Brain. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

How a request reaches us

The form is submitted to this site over HTTPS. Netlify, the host that publishes the site, receives the submission so we can read it. We have not listed other recipients because we have not established any.

Cookies and analytics

This marketing site does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not run a tracking tag. The host may keep ordinary technical logs of requests. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles.

How long we keep it

We keep a demo request for as long as we need it to respond and to remember the conversation you asked for. We have not set a fixed retention period. You can ask us to delete it.

Your requests

You can email hello@buddhilabs.ca to ask what we hold from your demo request, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. This site is meant for business users.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
